Lewis, Clark & Beyond's Corps II Video Archives

The National Park Service's Corps of Discovery II: 200 Years to the Future (Corps II) traveling exhibit opened in Charlottesville, Virginia at Monticello on January 14, 2003 and closed September 24, 2006 at the St. Louis Riverfront. Corps II was a mobile exhibit that provided visitors across the United States with an introduction to the Lewis & Clark story as it relates to the natural history, cultural resources and people of our nation before, during and after the Lewis & Clark Expedition.

The traveling exhibit included two interpretive tents: an exhibit tent and a performance tent entitled the Tent of Many Voices. The Tent of Many Voices provided a space for live demonstrations, lectures, cultural presentations and audio-visual showings. Live performances were provided in partnership with American Indian Tribes, state governments, local agencies, the private sector and other federal agencies.
